For swimwear and innerwear, performance begins with the right fabric and construction.
We work with Nylon, Spandex, Lycra and Cotton-blend fabrics selected for characteristics such as stretch recovery, colour retention, comfort and durability.
Our production incorporates reinforced construction and double-stitched seams where appropriate, together with inspection throughout the manufacturing process.

FABRIC INSPECTION
Raw materials are checked before cutting to ensure they are suitable for the intended garment. Fabric is reviewed for consistency, colour and overall quality before production.

STITCHING & CONSTRUCTION
Seams, elastic application and garment construction are reviewed during production.

EXPORT PACKING
Garments are individually protected and packed into suitable master cartons for international transportation.

PRECISION CUTTING
Patterns and fabric placement are carefully followed to help minimise variation and ensure panels are prepared correctly for assembly.

FINAL INSPECTION
Finished garments are visually inspected, threads are trimmed and goods are checked before packing.

CONSISTENCY & QUALITY CONTROL
Quality checks are carried out throughout the production process rather than only at the final stage. This helps identify and address issues early, supporting consistency across sizes, colours, styles and production quantities.
